Running isn’t my favorite sport but after the pandemic hit, i always run like twice a week.

Before i started to run regularly every week from this year, i really hated running because it’s so exhausting and makes my foot hurt, i don’t know if maybe my warming up isn’t good or something else.

At the beginning when i started to love running, my friends always push me to keep running although i started to get tired and that makes me motivated to keep running until my target is done.

I love running because it’s the best technique for my anger management, like have you ever imagined someone angry and throwing something or punching anything else, but with sports such as running and cycling I already have my way to conduct my anger.

After my weekly running with my fellow friends, my friend who likes running and also an athlete suggested me to try a MUSI RUN to measure my ability, and of course accept it because i felt challenged and curious.

One month before the race, i double up my exercise to prepare my body.

On the day of the race i am already at Jakabaring Sport Centre and do warm up before the flag off race, when the race started i ran like usual and maintained my stamina.

I finished 25 minutes later in 5K but suddenly i didn’t bring my phone but i saw at the finish line that the time remaining was 5 minutes before the cut off time.

When i crossed the finish line, i felt really happy and very proud of myself and i can’t wait to join another sport event in the future.
